Before You Enrol
How do I enrol and pay?
Click Enrol Now, create your Way2Go Safety account (or sign in), confirm the attendee details and pay by card on Stripe’s secure checkout. You’ll get an enrolment confirmation email straight away, and Stripe emails your receipt.
Do I need to know how to code, or have used AI before?
No. No coding or prior AI experience is needed. Every tool is used through its normal web interface.
What time are the sessions in my time zone?
7–9 pm Mountain Time, which is 6–8 pm Pacific, 8–10 pm Central and 9–11 pm Eastern.
Do I earn professional development credits?
The 12 live hours are eligible for BCRSP CPD points (CRSP) and 1.2 BCSP recertification points (CSP, ASP).
Do I need paid subscriptions to the AI tools?
Most of the tools covered have a usable free tier, and you’re welcome to use whichever plan you already have. The training teaches the workflow and prompts, not a specific paid plan.
Is there a certificate at the end?
Yes. You receive a Way2Go Safety Certificate of Completion after passing the final assessment.
What if I miss a live session?
Contact us as soon as you know, and we’ll work out the best way to help you catch up before the next session.
What is the refund policy?
Refundable up to 24 hours before the training starts. No refund once the live sessions begin. If your plans change, contact us as early as possible.
Can my employer pay and get an invoice?
Yes. Contact us and we’ll arrange invoicing for your employer.
