- HSE Manager on Enbridge's pipeline and terminal portfolio, introducing safety tools and processes and facilitating supervisory training
- Overseeing a joint venture construction contractor that achieved 750 incident-free days across four million person-hours (Trans Mountain)
- Achieving a world-class safety record of 0.005 LTI and 0.40 TRIF while managing a 1,500-worker contractor workforce for the Co-op Refinery Expansion Project in Saskatchewan
