About this website

This website describes the HSE consulting, staffing, training, and software services offered by Way2Go Safety. Content is general information and does not create a client relationship. Specific services are governed by a separate written agreement or proposal.

Ensured Safety platform

Subscriptions to the Ensured Safety platform, including billing, cancellation, and refunds, are governed by the subscription terms provided when you sign up. Platform outputs are decision support to be reviewed by a qualified person. They are not, on their own, professional HSE advice and do not replace your legal obligations or site-specific judgment.

Training

Training fees are refundable up to 24 hours before a cohort starts and are non-refundable once live sessions begin. The Way2Go Safety Certificate of Completion is issued by Way2Go Safety and is not accredited by an external safety body.

Intellectual property

The Way2Go Safety name, logo, and website content are owned by Way2Go Safety and may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Way2Go Safety is not liable for losses arising from use of, or reliance on, general information on this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
